Call them out to diagnose issue. The technician(owner) gave me one price over phone. After they got to my house and I told them all the diagnosis I had done they increased the price by double. Mind you they had done nothing. I told them it was a closed system issue. I just did not know where the leak was located. Told me if I wanted to know where the leak was it would be double the DX fee. I paid it. But would never use them or recommend them again. They were unprofessional. And that was a cheap move. Never again. Guess they needed to make some quick money. They did not even move the refrigerator. I had done that myself. Service: Repair refrigerator / freezer
