Hired & stupidly paid them in full last year. Did not start until june and did not finish the job. Inground pool not level, concrete not level with sharp edges, artesian well sticking out of concrete with no cover, paid for items not delivered, poor quality work. NO customer service whatsoever, lied too many times. If I could post a picture of there work I would.

This pool care place is awesome. They are honest and dependable. Having had bad experiences with other local pool places in the past, this was a great experience. They replaced our liner and replaced all of the plumbing. Super staff, all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! So glad to have in St. Robert.

My wife and I hired Pro Care Pools last year to build our family pool. From our initial meeting, construction and on going maintenance, it was very clear to us that this was a family owned and operated company that firmly stood by their products and service. It was our first time building a pool and we were unaware of the many things that could happen during the process yet Zack, the owner, and his staff were accessible 24/7 and were truely focused on my family having a positive experience, meeting our goals and timeframe. Many people will comment about their experience with their builder during the process yet our experience before, during and especially after our pool was installed truely separates this company from the others and makes me highly recommend Pro Care Pools to anyone who is considering a swimming pool. Many companies can build you one, few will stand behind it and establish an on going relationship after the pool has been completed. Simply put, great products and service and even better people to deal with, in my opinion you can't get much better!
