Standard fence replacement. Homeowner chose cedar this time. We removed the existing fence and installed the new fence along the same path (constructed from single purchase fenceboards). We also replaced one gate and added a second gate to enlarge the rear yard access (both built on-site from single purchase materials). Prep work consisted of removing foliage along entire fenceline and grading down certain areas. Designed a brick mailbox and built it on the homeowners' property. To conform to USPS and local regulations the mailbox needed a split level foundation (takes longer to build) because of the placement of the drainage ditch. The mailbox would have only been $850 and a two day job, but due to a slight miscommunication between husband and wife (homeowners) the bricks needed to be painted to match the house which incurred an extra $100 charge. Note* the "days to complete" section indicates the number of full 8 hour days that would have been needed to complete the project. Scheduling conflicts necessitated half day workdays, so the calendar number of days it took to complete the job was 4. We also painted the foundation to look like brick to make the larger than normal (32" tall at the back) foundation blend in.

Our two man crew was sub contracted alongside another sub to lay tile (flooring) throughout plus install tile to the shower/bathtub floors, walls, and ceilings - all porcelain and marble tile of different shapes and sizes, installed in multiple patterns. Our crew specifically was also responsible for collaborating with subcontractors in the specialties adjoining ours to finalize the material and design specs necessary to see the job(s) through to satisfactory completion, and for mixing, installing, and waterproofing the shower bed in the mudroom off the pool. We also installed sub flooring material over the slab in the utility room ensuring that the floors in both rooms were properly sloped towards the drains.
