Amazing experience with these guys over the years. Always patient with me and always beautiful work completed. They've done a lot of work for me and I never once had any issues. I had many questions with my projects and they always answered them with respect for me and they sure know their stuff! My roof they did has never leaked, the tile work in my kitchen and bathrooms is perfect, the painting they did was done with precision etc. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are.

Highly recommend this business. We had so many changes and curveballs this year throughout planning our project, and CBI patiently dealt with every email, request for new changes, and delay on our end. Time and time again they sent someone out to answer new questions and offer new updates estimates. We felt terrible for how much time we were taking from them, and yet they were always so gracious, patient, and professional. They made this stressful remodel process so much easier to deal with and we’re so grateful.

Terrible experience. We fired the company before the job was done because it wasn't being done correctly or timely. Owners had excuse, after excuse, as to why our project wasn't being completed. At one point, the owner told my husband to go to the home improvement store to buy a supplement product himself, if he wanted it used in the project. Nightmare.

We hired CBI Remodel to do a small addition and some Handicap accessibility upgrades to our home. We were told by CBI that the work would take 2 months maybe 3 months at the most. What followed was a 17-month nightmare of incompetence and lies by this company. We ended up having to fire them, file a complaint with the Construction Contractors Board of Oregon (CCB) and hire another contractor to finish the project. Before you consider hiring them, Look them up on the CCB website. They have had multiple complaints against them. Look at their previous contractor numbers linked to them as well, # 24912 says it all. You will then understand that they are a company to be avoided at all costs. I would also ask to speak to their last 5 clients, ask for their permit numbers and verify them against the Oregon epermitting website to verify that they are real permitted jobs. Trust me, you should do this, It’s your money and your house at stake.
