Here we have designed and constructed a double-sided custom bookshelf and play room area. The livingroom boasts a built in wine cooler, 3 niches, and a Buddhist temple - all with 3 inch dimmable lights, and a plant shelf above. The playroom side is completely wired with HDMI, USB, and power for use with a laptop - as well as 3 inch dimmable lights above the desk area and also boasts a storage loft above.

Here is a complete fireplace makeover with built-in custom cabinetry, new 6 inch can lights help to light the room along with a newly installed propeller fan while 3 inch "fish eye" lights help light the Venetian plaster just to the sides of a 55" flat screen TV. All lights have also been placed on dimmer switches for more relaxation.

Here we have installed new engineered flooring throughout the living room, dinning room, as well as up the stairs. We also added new baseboard's throughout and trimmed the archway. We upgraded some of the windows to allow for more lighting which can also be seen in the photos

Here we have designed and constructed a 30 foot pool bench over the top of an automatic pool cover. This design allows for stability while still allowing the pool cover to roll out from under the bench. We have also incorporated a cover for the motor with a pull-up lid and a keyed operation panel for safety.
