After few years of frustration with the inconvenience of walking inside the house to take a quick shower after using the jet skies and having fun at the lake, my customers decided to have my opinion and ideas to create a room suitable for their need. A room with shower, sink, toilet and laundry machines on a small room used previously for storage was my idea. Having the structure of the house as our biggest challenge, we fitted the different components to the shape of the room. Now they can enjoy the water and quickly get clean and prepared to the next activity.

This beautiful house was built on 1986 and all the ceilings were finished with textured ceilings; the material in some areas was falling down and it was a frustration for the owners. We were able to take all the texture and properly finish the entire house by removing the majority of the material before it felt on the floors, sanding, correcting priming and painting. The rooms now look elegant and very easy to clean.

The original Platform was poorly made and a new structure was made to go around the existing landscape and the support for the new arbor/deck

Many people has beautiful houses and very nice decks, but there are many times when the elements of nature interfere with your outdoor activities; bugs, leaves, rain and extreme heat will turn many people away from their decks and outdoor entertainment at home. A screen porch offers many advantages over a regular porch and a portion of your deck with a screen area offers even greater advantage to the house owners. with screen decks you can include lighting, fans, sitting arrangements, serving areas and more. In this project we combined the deck with the screened section to make them look like one element. the exposed frame work was stained with the same color of the deck, the electrical work was concealed in galvanized conduit and the screens individually framed for easy maintenance and replacement even under the deck. The interior floor planks were stained in gray to create contrast with the furniture.

As a room next to the kitchen and a family of five plus few pets, one of the most natural decisions to make was to replace the family room carpet for pre finished hardwood floors, in this case we decided to combine to colors on the wood and two different species (red oak and teak) to buffer the small difference with the existing hardwood on the main hall; in the process of removing the carpet we found water damages that we fixed before we started with the flooring project.

I really like to see the interest of my clients to find the best styles to enhance the beauty of their properties, in this case the project was the kitchen and some of the elements, the classic look of subway tiles over butcher's block and soap stone makes this kitchen a talking point of all guest. although the project is listed as back splash we renovated the counters, plumbing and some cabinetry

After my clients finished sustaining the children through college they have funds to start remodeling their house, in this case the living room and dining room were considered for the project. The walls needed some fresh paint, the floors were deteriorated and in need of a new surface, the ceilings, electrical fixtures, etc. We installed chair rail moldings, added some frames to the bottom part of the dining room walls, painted the walls with a decorative technique and decorated the ceilings with a medallion, crown and ceiling moldings the ceilings were painted. We changed the light fixtures and continue with the installation of bamboo floor planks. The house now looks clean and elegant.
