This is a further renovation for a home that we worked on last year. The homeowner requested a master bath renovation this year and what a renovation it was! This bathroom is absolutely amazing featuring radiant heat flooring, dedicated hot water tank, travertine tile flooring at a 45 degree angle, totally custom shower featuring glass tile, mosaic tile, and custom built recessed niches, custom built in storage that is finished to match his new vanities, complete re-plumb, custom lighting throughout, custom granite with under mount sinks, soffits, and decorative niches. This is a beautiful project that really showcases our talents as a true custom builder.

We converted an existing screen porch into a finished sun room on this home. This homeowner also found us through Porch. This project features argon gas, low E windows, a steel 9 light door in the rear, finished drywall interior walls, ceramic tile floors, wiring and blocking for a flat screen TV, and trim and molding to match their home. This huge family really appreciated the new space in their home.

Complete tear out and renovation of small, dated bathroom in Salisbury NC. This project was completely designed by the homeowner with help and guidance from myself and my team. It is a very dramatic transformation from what it was, to what it is now. It features new ceramic tile floors and tub surround, new dry wall throughout, totally redesigned lighting plan,all new plumbing, complete insulation and sound proofing as well as custom granite counter tops with under mount sinks. While we were working, the homeowner added a ceramic tile floor installation for the kitchen featuring ceramic tile plank flooring and a carpet removal and hardwood floor refinish for her dining and living room.

Build out of 1000 sq ft office expansion. This expansion carried the architecture from the original office into their new space. We provided a new, state of the art conference room with custom built, granite conference table complete with round base to mimic the design of the top. We also built a custom cornice with up lighting to accent the space. There is a stone wall that was copied and carried over from the original space. This is an upscale custom office space.

This was a three stage project that began as a severe structural repair due to incorrect flashings. It involved several different areas of the home. From there, it turned into an 1800 sq ft hickory flooring installation and then into a full kitchen renovation. This was an amazing transformation for this beautiful Lake Norman home.
