In 1977 Tom Llewellyn founded Starship Engineering to support the motorcycle drag racing industry. Our high performance motorcycle company has evolved into a successful Optimol distribution race shop, with engine building and machine shop services. Our state-of-the-art machine shop houses a Serdi 3. 0 Millennium cylinder head machine, Serdi2 valve machine, Serv-Equip boring bar with a Serv-Equip SE 2300 Auto Hone equipment, and a Jet 1440 lathe. Celebrating our 30th anniversary in 2007, Starship Engineering specializes in parts and service for older drag bikes and late model sport bikes to PWC's and ATV's. We deal directly with the leading manufacturers of top quality motorcycle parts and accessories. Having an extensive relationship with the manufacturers, we can offer the latest products and give you more information about them than many of our competitors have. We stock a large and varied selection of race products including head components, petcocks, carbs, pistons and rings, clutch kits, chain, wheels, tires, and high performance lubricants.
