I called and he made time for me to come right and work on it, he was super friendly and nice, totally affordable and did the job quickly, efficiently, and very well. He didn't take any shortcuts. Now I know who to call about all my future technical service needs!

I am mystified as to that one negative report. I have contacted Lynn Frandsen several times, changed appointments, cancelled and re-scheduled and he was so professional and patient. He is knowledgeable and explains things very thoroughly. When he did the job, he had excellent communication, came when he promised and competently took care of my A/C problem. Lynn Frandsen has the secret: Do what you promise. It is wonderful to know someone who does business this way and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
