Had a heating issue, I guess it was the Owner Jason who showed up. The issue was with the condenser. I was asked to wait just a minute, he went to his van, came in with a used one and said it's used but still good. Hooked it up and my furnace was up and running! He checked a couple more things said everything else looked fine. This was shocking to me, I figured here we go! He said it should work fine for me. I asked how much, he said don't worry about it? I can honestly tell you that if I ever have a need for something HVAC related. I am Contacting Modern Furnace. Thank You! A free part, and Honesty? Not use to not getting ripped off. I really am warm and Grateful!

Hey I've got to tell you I had these guys work replace my furnace this week and they Did a spectacular job. Very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. My father had them do his last year and recommended them,no regrets. If you want great quality work done right call these guys you will not be displeased.

They Did a outstanding job. The price was awesome they didn't take along time to do my heater. I needed a hole brand new one I'd recommended everyone to call these guys. Thank you. 😀

Fast response reasonable rates honest i had 2 contractors come to fix my furnace the first one told me i needed a new one these guys came out and fixed it for under 200$
