bnathroom remodel | Mar 2014 | This client had a design in mind for his bathroom. However,he needed a little help from our designer Kassi on what materials to use. So, we were brought into the project about half way through. Kassi, found the perfect finishes for a curved shower and finished out the space with beautiful counter tops and fixtures. The client was happy and we were happy to offer our advice. | $18k | Salt Lake City, UT
kitchen remodel | Aug 2013 | updating a kitchen can be fun and frustrating at the same time. Let our designers help you through the process. Our designer, Tami, created a kitchen that met the clients needs with an open concept, lots of storage and plenty of seating for entertaining! | $25k | Salt Lake City, UT
Brooklyn apartment | May 2013 | This little apartment was cute but small. The client wanted a space that felt larger that the space actually, elegant and interesting. We created a custom chandelier over the dining room table using a crate and glass candle globes we kept the palette neutral and created "zone" using rugs. This gave this "railroad" apartment a sense of "Rooms" : Living room, dining room and kitchen. | $2k | Brooklyn, NY
back porch remodel | Jun 2012 | IS YOUR BACK YARD READY FOR SUMMER??? We can help you with that! This back patio was not quite fit for proper entertaining. So, we built a back patio to suit. We extended the roof line so it looked part of the original home and carried the color scheme into the new space. We selected Trex decking due to it's durability and low maintenance cost. It's cold in the winter and the client wanted to use the space year around. Therefore, we added a corner fireplace for warmth and installed fans and a mister system for the hot summer months. Interior designer + contractor = success! | $20k | Salt Lake City, UT
Awkward small office- residential | Jun 2012 | HAVE AN AWKWARD ROOM AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT???? This room was small with an awkward layout. The client needed a place for her desk, files and space for the grand children to sleep. DONE! We converted this room into an office with a Murphy bed and a platform for a "birds nest" bed. We created storage below the platform (hiding the weird sloped floor). That little alcove on the opposite side of the room actually has a built-in fold out desk on the wall. That space is also big enough to add a blow up bed for a 3rd child. | $10k | Salt Lake City, UT
SLC home | Oct 2011 | We took out the existing kitchen and added new. | $40k | Salt Lake City, UT
Acura dealership | Sep 2011 | This Acura dealership needed a much needed update. We met with the owner and the contractor to modify a couple of walls, add custom cabinetry and marry old furniture with new. The outcome was incredible! | $50k | Austin, TX
Living room update | May 2010 | DID SOMEONE SAY THEY DIDN'T LIKE THE 1960"s STONE ON THEIR FIREPLACE? Easy, if you can't demolish it and start from scratch........paint it! Yes, you can paint it. This 1960's stone was outdated and needed a change, not to mention all of the wood paneling in this room! We painted the stone one shade darker than the walls. WHAT ELSE WAS DONE TO THIS ROOM? We added all new custom built in shelving and painted the bookshelves under the windows to match. We also painted all of the wood paneling and took down the acoustic ceiling. Yes, acoustic ceiling tiles- yuck! Remember, if you don't want to spend the time and money to completely redo your room.............paint! | $15k | Salt Lake City, UT
