  | Harvey Milk House | Aug 2018 | We pressure washed the entire house. Then scraped any old paint or debris off entire house. Sanded the soffit and fascia all the way around then caulked everything. We must have gone through 6 or 7 boxes. The dormers were especially challenging because of the weather beating them up over the years. Then getting ladders in awkward positions at that height. Masked absolutely everything. Over masked but better doing too much rather than too little. Sprayed primer on the entire house. I had a painter ahead of me to make sure all the masking was tight. Then sanded all the trim smooth, then dusted it off. Sprayed a coat of finish paint. Sanded it lightly and dusted it off. Then sprayed the final coat of finish on all the trim. Masked all the trim and sprayed and back-rolled generously two coats of finish on the body. We were finished in six days! | $5k | Salt Lake City, UT |
