Master Bath Remodel | Apr 2019 | We renovated this large master bath and updated everything. We also updated their laundry room with built in washer dryer stack, bench, and new laundry vanity (not pitcured). | $45k | Carnation, WA
Staircase Remodel | Feb 2019 | We opened up the upstairs loft and gave this foyer a stylish upgrade. We used solid iron balusters with iron base shoes to replace the wooden balusters. The railing was changed to curve up the wall, was custom built and stained to match the flooring. | $6k | Sammamish, WA
Condo Remodel | Dec 2018 | A newly purchased condo needed some updates. We were happy to upgrade the electrical and removed a section of wall to accommodate a larger washer and dryer combo, add backsplash, paint the insides of cabinets and add new hardware, remodel 2 baths, and upgrade closets and shelving. | $42k | Bellevue, WA
Deck Remodel | Dec 2018 | This deck required a TON of work, but it was sure worth it! We started with a 1000 sq ft deck and removed a 250 sq ft section. This was an obvious DIY situation, they epoxy was failing and water had been left to reek havoc on the plywood and supports. Also, most of the supports were not pressure treated, and needed to either be replaced or supported. Once the framing and demo was complete, we framed the parimeter and added TimberTech decking. The railing was custome built using cedar and Wild Hog railing systems. | $24k | Issaquah, WA
Full Home Paint | Nov 2018 | Here we painted the walls, ceilings, and converted all the trim to white. We prepped and painted 22 doors, 17 windows, Office, Foyer, Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, 3 Hallways, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Kids Room, 2 Stairways, and converted the stairway handrail. | $23k | Sammamish, WA
Epoxy Garage Floor | Oct 2018 | This garage floor needed some love, and we made it shine! Epoxy floor coating is an inexpensive way to completely transform any garage into a showroom! | $3k | North Bend, WA
Condo Remodel | Sep 2018 | We removed the popcorn ceiling and put in knockdown. All walls and ceilings were painted, Floors updated, bathrooms and kitchen remodeled, and painted the kitchen cabinets to save the customer $5000 instead of replacing them. | $22k | Bellevue, WA
Deck Build | Sep 2018 | We built this beautiful cedar deck from scratch. The builder placed the landing ledger board in an awkward place, so we needed to get creative to make the span work and be up to code. | $11k | Kirkland, WA
Trim Repaint | Aug 2018 | We gave this golf course home a little freshening up by painting the trim white from brown. A lot of the trim was in bad shape, so we scrapped, sanded, caulked and oil primed prior to painting to ensure it would be protected from the elements. | $9k | Snoqualmie, WA |
