We opened up the upstairs loft and gave this foyer a stylish upgrade. We used solid iron balusters with iron base shoes to replace the wooden balusters. The railing was changed to curve up the wall, was custom built and stained to match the flooring.

A newly purchased condo needed some updates. We were happy to upgrade the electrical and removed a section of wall to accommodate a larger washer and dryer combo, add backsplash, paint the insides of cabinets and add new hardware, remodel 2 baths, and upgrade closets and shelving.

This deck required a TON of work, but it was sure worth it! We started with a 1000 sq ft deck and removed a 250 sq ft section. This was an obvious DIY situation, they epoxy was failing and water had been left to reek havoc on the plywood and supports. Also, most of the supports were not pressure treated, and needed to either be replaced or supported. Once the framing and demo was complete, we framed the parimeter and added TimberTech decking. The railing was custome built using cedar and Wild Hog railing systems.

We gave this golf course home a little freshening up by painting the trim white from brown. A lot of the trim was in bad shape, so we scrapped, sanded, caulked and oil primed prior to painting to ensure it would be protected from the elements.
