They cleaned my carpet and floor tile. Then they said they could provide a sealer on the tile (at additional cost) which would provide a good shine. When they finished everything looked good, so I paid them. A few weeks later the "sealer" began to flake of the tile. It was easily tracked onto the living room carpet. I called them about the problem and they set an appointment date to come and assess the damage. They did not show up for the appointment and they do not answer the phone when I call them. I believe they have now blocked my phone calls.
