Jose does not keep you in the loop. The project was supposed to take 2-3 days. It took over 2 weeks, was done incredibly poorly, and the only reason it was done is because I had to reach out repeatedly for updates. He would often ignore my calls and NEVER reached out to me unless I called him first, even when they left for over a week with the work half done. When the work was completed it was obviously done badly. There is significant honeycombing, exposed rebar, exposed plastic from the filling materials, and it looks terrible. I was told there would be a smoothe finish. There isn't. In fact, it's incredibly uneven, but when I point this out I am told that it will cost extra to have Jose fix the hobeycombing and jagged corners. This is not a decorative finish. The honeycombing and uneven corners are obvious signs of poor quality. His guys also damaged my fence. I told Jose and his excuse was that the opening to my backyard was too narrow. Ok so you just decide to hit it abd not say anything about it instead?? His crew also left nails, rocks, waterbottles, and various trash behind. I have asked for the work to be repaired I'm the obviously incorrect places, but have received minimal response on this. There is still exposed rebar and packing materials and he refuses to fix the honey combing or uneven, crumbly, edges.
