Billy Hill, founder and owner of Hill Electric, along with his team, started in the electrical service industry with a previous private company in the 1970's which is now one of the largest electrical public companies in America. With that experience, Mr. Hill found it necessary to reopen a private company in order to provide an environment in which to serve the customer versus the shareholder.
