Try different options before you send this company to you building because the owner never answer the calls. No warranties He never comes for city inspections.

They work with home warranty company. The get paid even if work is not done if you don't answer the door right away. An appointment was made 3 weeks prior to the appointment time, there was not call that they were on their way. I missed their knock on the door. I called them back and he said it was too late, he has already closed out the case with the Warranty company and said he had to drive from out of town. If someone drives such a long way, you would think that they would call the customer to make sure someone is home prior to arriving. This is shady business practice. All he has to do is try really hard to get missed appointments and the money comes rolling in without doing any kind of work. I wouldn't do any kind of business with anyone that has ethics like that.
