Hired them to drill a hole through the brick on my house to run a cable. This is the end result. Damaged property, no compensation, and no solution to fix my home. Do not use them.

Wow, this guy hired us to drill a 7/8" hole in the brick of his house. He provided the drill bit and pointed out the exact location of the hole he wanted drilled. We used a hammer drill to drill the hole and the mortar between the brick crumbled. My technician did get the wire though to the location that he wanted and he didn't complain at the time that we were there. We were just trying to help him out by drilling a hole though the brick. We didn't damage his property, a brick come loose, he should be compensated by this home builder. He has a new house, the solution as I told him is to contact this home builder so that they can do some masonry repair. There is NO other answer.
