Stay far away from this business!!!! My parents are elderly and the owner was extremely rude to them. I was so furious with him over the phone. He never showed up on the day and time stated on the contract and after many calls he said every time, "Ahi voy!" I'm coming! No show. When he finally shows up he says he was getting his Covid vaccine and, "What, do you wanted me to die without it???"What an immature idiot!!! We had to call many times to get him over to our house. He used a water hose to water down the area where he had drilled into the cement but purposefully left my parent's water hose on to run full blast when he left out of spite because I reprimanded him over the phone. We had paid him half the money, so damn sure I'm going to be mad if he doesn't call or show up! Unfortunately, I was unable to be there at the time of installation and my poor mother had to go outside at night by herself to turn off the running hose. She could hear the water running from inside the house, full blast. My parents can barely walk. I hate this man for his behavior towards my dear parents. STAY AWAY!!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!! Find a better business with professionals who care about their reputation, their work, and their customers!!!! You have been warned!
