I hired River City Flooring in October of 2014 to do a pretty big job at my house. I was very impressed with the original install. After getting several other bids, their product was superior and a better bid than some of the so called liquidation installers. Not only did they take me through the initial consultation bid, but completed the job under the bid, ahead of schedule and the finish results were amazing. A few weeks back I noticed one of the treads had a small crack across it. I called RCF and inquired about paying to get a replacement. They called me right back and told me that it was a unique product defect they had never seen before. Even though it had been almost two years, they offered to replace the piece at no charge because they wanted to make it right. They treated the repair as if it was a $20,000 job for them. They called to set up and confirm every aspect of the job. Came and fixed the broken tread right as scheduled and made the repair process very easy. It's nice to know people still do business where they treat their customers right whether its trying to land a big job or taking care of a small fix. If you are looking for someone to do your hardwood install--go with River City Flooring.

I wanted wood floors for a long time. I had an idea of what I wanted them to look like in our home, always the same color. So, when we hired RCF, they fulfilled that idea in so many unexpected ways. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, even knew design. They also had the best price for what you were getting. When I walked into our home for the first time and saw the floors, my jaw dropped. It was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The color was not what I imagined. It was better. The wood was beautiful. Everything was professional down to the caulking, and painting of baseboards. Imagine that I thought I would save money doing that part myself, so glad I didn't. They made it looked finished, flawless, and perfect. Highly recommend.

I would HIGHLY recommend River City Flooring. Not only are their floors gorgeous, but their service is equally as impressive. Both the man who sold us the floors (Damon) and the crew who did the installation were always on time, respectful, kind, and we were greatly impressed with the quality of the work provided. We have young children and had to be home while the floors were being installed. I was impressed with their consideration of us being home, as well as kindness shown to my children. Wonderful company!
