You may not want all the bells and whistles but it's nice to know your options so you don't say, "I didn't know we could have had that." Maybe you want to do it in steps. No problem we will take that into consideration so later when you continue you don't pay for should have already been done. Anything worth building is worth building right. We design and build out door living spaces. From a deck and covered patio. To outdoor kitchen. Stone or tile walk ways. To outdoor benches under a tree. Not sure what you want outside we can give you ideas. But your choices will come with explanations. How can you choose if you don't know why your choosing it. Sometimes you can't make any changes to your design but how do you know that without even considering it. We have remodeled a few homes in the Woodlawn Lake area that started as shells of their former glory. We cleaned up gutted and got started. Leveling the home and repairing the floor structure was a step one. Roof, windows, walls paint and new front door entrances. Throw in a porch and you have probably passed these houses up and thought that they had always been there. The point of remodeling is to make it look great but so that it look like it has always been there. Maybe just adding roll out drawers to the bottom of your kitchen and bathroom cabinets is simple but back saving accessories. Never strain to see what's at the back of the drawer. You just roll it out and take a look. This is one of my personal favorites. It's not flashy but if you ever break a leg or hurt your back you can continue with your life with having to strain.
