Arthur did not show up to work, finally shows up and puts up a frame and fails to show again. He left my office a disaster ( I cannot have clients come into the space). Instead of sending an invoice for payment, as normal businesses do, he sends me a threatening message. He finally tells me what I 'better' pay him and it is more than double for the 3hrs of work he did. I finally convince him to send me an invoice and he throws in gas, hauling, 2 man assistance (when he was only assisted by one). This man is highly unprofessional. Keep looking, there are better contractors out there, hands down.
