The Interior Edge just finished the flooring for our new medical office. Beautiful wood plank floor. We have received numerous compliments. Misty and her company do first class work.

Worst experience I have ever had with a tile company. They re-did our master shower tile 4 times and we still have 3 different colour grouts, broken tiles, holes in the grout ranging from pinhole size to 1/2 inch. The owner Misty came to our house for a warranty claim due to the sloppy work. From the moment she entered our home, she was rude, condescending and made excuses for everything. My husband asked her to leave due to her rudeness and we cancelled our warranty claim. We would rather pay out of pocket to a reputable company than ever allow interior edge in our home again.

Mrs. Jackson, I am sorry you feel the way that you do , however, The Interior Edges' contract is with your builder and we follow their direction. Please remember , especially in the city where you live , your home passed inspection with your construction manager, your project manger, the VP of construction for your builder, and your city inspection . If any of the issues took place during your city inspection; you would not have been able to close on your home. Your home would have failed inspection. The end result is that your home passed inspection and you closed on your new home. After closing , you called your builder and The Interior Edge for a warranty in your master bath. Your warranty was denied again by your construction manager, your project manager and the VP of Construction for your builder. The Interior Edge's work by the VP of Construction was again accepted as quality workmanship.
