Felix Air Services was established by Jerry Hernandez in the spring of 2011 with one goal in mind: to provide San Antonio residents with the best customer service possible. Our team of technicians will give you honest feedback about your AC system so that you can make an informed decision. We aren't looking to make sales, we are looking for your continued business. What sets us apart is our commitment to quality. When we install a new unit we go the extra mile to ensure it looks neat and clean. We stand by our work 100% and we guarantee quality work. Felix Air Services are really a good company. I had been using the same company for many years & decided It was Time for a change. Felix was very professional & fast. I needed a new unit & he got the job done before the Arctic Blast arrived. I am very happy with their work.

WONDERFUL Company with fantastic work ethic. VERY dependable, reliable and trustworthy. They talked me thru EVERYTHING they were doing. They showed me what they found - bad parts, new parts, parts replaced and had no problem giving me options. They were NEVER pushy and made me feel comfortable from the very first phone call and interaction with them. Their prices were extremely reasonable and they did not try to sell me more than I needed. My house had been freezing for a week while I waited on a "bigger, well known company" to reply to me concerning financing on a unit that I really didn't need but that they had convinced me was the only way to fix my furnace. Felix Air Services will be my AC and Heating company for life !!! Thank you for immediately responding to my dire situation and for being honest, honorable people. I will recommend you to EVERYONE I know !!
