Fernando was very professional and explained everything that was going on and he could provide me with proof and detail. However the prices are high for the work to be done. He didn't come out to do the work himself he sent his workers who showed up late. They did a good job with the air duct cleaning but left a little bit of a mess behind and forgot to reinstall one damper and left it outside on the ground as well as the switch.
