Back on August 4th Mr. Elizondo stopped by for a quote and estimate on a new fence. We agreed to a price and I promptly gave him a check for half the amount which he promptly cashed. It's now over 2 months later and no work has been done. I just found out that he's in jail for theft of service in another city. Doing a google search for this person's name show's a history of swindling customers.
