Consumer BEWARE do not use this company. Mrs. Martinez the owner is a scammer, dishonest, a liar and manipulates a situation to her benefit. You the customer are always wrong and she is always right. They show up each day when they want to not when you want them to. They would come anywhere between 9:30 and 10:30. We had our kitchen tile removed and carpet removed in the hallway, living and dining room. Vinyl flooring was to be installed throughout. We were quoted a price and she had it written down and she was leaving it for us. After she left I went looking for the papers and they were gone never to be seen again. She said we treat your home as if it was our own. Well, that is far from the truth during the removal of the tile, not cabinets or appliance was covered, nor was the kitchen sealed off from the rest of the house. I have thin set everywhere. I was thinking about replacing the backsplash I went to the store and by the time I came back they had part of the backsplash off. I did not approve for them to remove it since I had yet not received a quote so basically, I was forced to pay for a new backsplash which I would not have replaced based on her quote. One wall they ruined when they removed the backsplash and he was only going to repair it. I called another company to come and look at it and to give me an estimate. He looked at my kitchen and said this is bad the one wall the drywall needed to be replaced not repaired otherwise once the new tile went on the wall would fall. He was shocked at the mess and dirt over everything in my kitchen and that nothing was covered to protect the cabinets, appliances, or counters. I was without a working kitchen for 2 weeks. They started installing flooring in the kitchen before all the thin set was removed so my new floor was no longer new. They did not even cover the new floor to protect it from flying thin set. They do a horrible job at clean up at the end of each day. She only has 2 workers her husband and a friend. Do not believe her when she says she has 6 workers. We were told it would take 1 week instead it took 2 weeks because many of the days 1 of the workers would leave or not show up and they would not let us know. You, the customer is not a priority to getting the job done. Don’t bother questioning anything you saw they will deny it. The price she quoted to me and that piece of paper she snuck out of the house she was now asking for more money. We purchased all the materials for the backsplash, the baseboards, and 18 out of the 53 boxes of flooring. Do not fall prey to this company, she talks a good game up front, and it is all lies. We are an elderly couple and we were targeted by Mrs. Martinez from the beginning as someone that she could scam more money out of.

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT USE!!! These two individuals are two bottom feeding scammers that have ZERO online presence with the exception of their scam profile here on the lowly rated Porch site. Besides all the obvious signs that they wish to remain hidden after they steal your money, just go ahead and try getting ahold of them on the phone that doesn't have voicemail setup so you can't leave them a message. But hey, once you steal money why would you want anyone to leave you a message. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns. Your wallet and house will be better off by doing so.
