Ward NA San Antonio was assigned to move us for our company. We have moved almost every two years with every major company. This was the worst experience we have ever had and will ensure that any future company moves will never be with them. All our items were damaged, they arrived with no wrapping and the driver marked everything as damaged on the original docs. It was so clear what he did a 6 year old could see it. No matter what you do file your claim with corporate not the San Antonio office, they are only concerned with their end results and will drag it out and lie. Very unprofessional and unconcerned with your property. Not the North American it used to be.
