Moxie Pest Control

A door to door salesman came to sell me there product, I asked many questions about what was covered and how it worked, and if it didn't work if I could cancel. I was assured all of the pests I had concerns about were covered and that their product would work. They come, do the service, and for the rest of the month I notice no difference to the pest activity around our house, I call to get a reset ice done as the product never worked, they tell me someone will come the next day, no one arrives. A week later I get a call telling me it's time for the next service and this one I'll have to pay for (what happened to the free re-service if the product doesn't work?). I told them at that point I wasn't paying them any more money until the results they promised were seen. I was told they would not come back out unless I paid. I told them I would like to cancel then. I was told by the rep that I would have to be transferred as they couldn’t handle cancellations. I get sent to voicemail on the next line. I receive a text one week later telling me if I would like to cancel to call this number, so I did within 3 minutes and it rings twice then gets sent to voicemail. I try again and hour later, rings all the way through, then sent to voicemail. I call the company again and I’m told the gentlemen Who is working my case had a half day and he would call back when he gets back to the office the following day. A MONTH LATER I receive a phone call from this gentlemen, who try’s to get me to continue using the product even after hearing it hasn’t been working. He says you will have to pay $189 to cancel per the contract (1.5x my quarterly rate) I told him I’m not paying to cancel a service that didn’t work, he threatened me by saying if you don’t pay then We’re just going to send it to collections and let them deal with you. I said goodbye and hung up. That leaves me here, wondering how I company can be so misleading and offer a product that doesn’t work, then charge you to stop using the product, that would be like buying a fridge, and a week later it stops working and the store says, well take it back, but you have to pay us double what the fridge cost in the first place.

Best pest control company I've come across. Jordan the inspector was very clear in explaining with details how they work and treat bugs infecting in our home and he was also friendly and polite. Thank you Jordan for taking care of our home.

Scott and Skyler were at my home today to do my quarterly pest control and what an awesome couple of young men! They were friendly & professional, and did a thorough job of treating my yard. I started using Moxie last August and I sure wish I had known about them sooner because I have seen almost no bugs since I began using them. The products they use and the way they apply them are much better than any of that stuff they sell at the do-it-yourself stores. And I love that they always tell me that if I do start seeing any pests, be sure to call them back, at no charge, between treatments. I haven't had to do that but it does give one some peace of mind, just in case. I definitely strongly recommend Moxie Pest Control!

Love this company! They do a great job and spend more time at my house then all other companies combined! Will never leave!
