CAPCO Swimming Pools, LLC

Our pool has been dug out for almost a month. The pool was supposed to be done back in may and here we are in July and pool is just now set. Not even running yet. I’ve sent multiple texts and never get a respond. These guys are obviously not in a hurry. They are supposed to set the form for concrete deck this week and you would think that they would start on a Monday and yet no one here…. Very poor company in my opinion.. can’t get a call or text back from anyone. There’s no rain this week so what’s the hold up???? They will probably show up on Wednesday and then Friday so that they don’t have to come back out then next day. There’s never been a group of people out here just one person at a time. And when they do show up we didn’t even know. So we never know when someone is going to show up or not. Will not be doing anymore business with them or recommend them to anyone else.

Very dishonest. I hired Carlos in July to replace my pool motor and pump. He said he would replace it with the same kind. He did replace the motor with comparable motor, but he replaced the pump with a much smaller, cheaper pump and my pool doesn't pump water near as well as before. I did not notice until after I paid him - shame on me. He refuses to fix it unless I pay him more money - so he makes money off me to make the error, and makes money off me to fix his error. I would not do business with him again.
