We had an engineer report but Frank's team came up with a better solution. He talked it over with the engineer and the engineer agreed! I can't express how pleased I am with his customer service and work. After he replaced the beams, he went ahead and framed out a new room, move some a/c vents, set the electric, and drywalled everything. It was perfect, he even matched my texture on the existing walls. His price was fair, work was quick, the area was left clean. This was one the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Removed old sliding glass door & replaces with window. They insulated the walls & caulked around the window like professionals. They were prompt & only took one day & 2 &1/2 hrs on 2nd day. They painted exterior & interior walls as well as textured the inside wall & placed a window sill. They were very efficient and Frank came and checked all the work everyday several times a day. He was flexible as we kept adding more things we wanted done and he got them working on it asap! Definitely recommend he is very easy to work with and very efficient! Definitely your moneys worth!!! And gives great advice on how prevent certain damages from happening in the future!
