We contacted Rafael with Phoneix Renovations to paint the interior of our 3100 sq ft home that we were selling. Rafael came to our home and explained everything he was going to do in detail. He worked around our schedule. Rafael and his crew were very professional and there quality of work was amazing. We hired them to make the house look great so they painted all interior walls, doors, trim, stair spindles, closets, bathrooms and shelving. It looked like a brand new home like Rafael promised! Phoenix Renovations did a great job from start to finish. We recently bought a new house and wanted to have most of it re-painted before moving in. Rafael was easy to make an appointment with and gave me an exact time (not a 4 hour range) that he would be at the house. How nice is that? He provided a very detailed estimate and worked around our schedule. Walls, Ceilings, Trim and Doors were completed in 5 days, which was great! Then when Rafael came back to do the final walk through, he was super meticulous... he was checking every square inch for blurred paint lines or bleed through from the old colors. Most of what he did find were super small errors that I didn't even notice. He cleaned them all up though, which we appreciated. We love our new interior paint, and when we are ready to do the rest of the house we know who we'll call... no doubt about it. My wife and I shopped around for numerous bids on flooring and a few other remodeling projects before finding Rafael at Phoenix Renovations and couldn't have been happier with his selection, pricing and installation. He really knows his business and actively works with you throughout the process to ensure the job is done right. I found him to be fair and honest, and he followed through with everything he said he would. I even had another company's rep tell me what a good deal we were getting! We hired Rafael for our wood floors and baseboards, interior painting, kitchen granite countertops and backsplash, cabinet painting and every aspect of the jobs surpassed our expectations. My wife and I have been in the market collecting estimate from several contractors and there was something about Rafael that separated him from the other GCs and Companies. He actually cared about us and our home. He was the only one flexible with the items in the remodel, not pushing everything single item and trying to max our budget. Once we were set on a budget, he was very detailed as far staying well below it so that we'd be prepared for any surprises. His entire staff was great from the demo stages to the final finishes. Great set a guys. Very respectable and professional. Services provided: Kitchen and Master Bath Remodels; Complete Flooring and Baseboards; Complete Texture Refinish and Interior Painting; Refinished Cabinets and Hardware; Load Bearing Framing/Removal of Walls to Achieve Open Concept; Backsplash and Granite Countertops; New Electrical/LED Lighting; Plumbing/New Sinks and Vanities. Pricing was fair and he was able to work within the budget we had. We did consider hiring individual sub contractors for the individual trades, but after pricing and looking over the details, it would've been 1) much more expensive, 2) time consuming, scheduling and coordinating between trades, 3) no one would warranty their work since multiple trades were involved, 4) rather than it taking 4-6 weeks with Rafael, it would've taken about 4-6 months trying to schedule everything with everyone. Do yourself a favor... Let Phoenix Renovations take care of all the remodeling and custom building process for you. You'll save yourself money, considerable time, and hassle. Lastly, what most impressed us about Rafael was his encouragement to walk some of his current and completed renovations. From the start, he said he want us to have realistic expectations; from the time it would take, the amount of work required, the potential issues that could arise with structural alterations. Plus, it gave us a really great idea of the level of quality his staff and him provide. It also gave us the opportunity to meet some of professionals and talk to his past clients. This is the one thing the other 5 GCs lacked. Overall, really glad we came across Phoenix Renovations and Rafael. Great team of professionals that cared about our dream home and family.
