From what I can recall, you called us to address the issue with the water heater leak. Not once did you allow us to go back in the house to see the issue. No license or permit is needed to reset a water heater. The plumber that you had out there stated on the plumbers report that you needed a PRV install due to high water pressure. This was a couple of months after the water heater went back in. We made every attempt to try and call you back to resolve it. You filed another claim, which the insurance paid you out directly. Your insurance is requesting subrogation and have yet to fulfill my requests for proper documentation that we are responsible for the leak.
