I had called a few pros to fix a loose ridge flap on my mental roof but either they never showed up, said they didnt find a problem with the roof but still charged me for their so called inspection, or never called back. Jim was the only one who was concerned and came to fix my roof even when it was getting dark and a bit cold. He took his time with that section and even checked the rest of the roof to make sure it was Ok. I woud highly recommended him and this company to anyone.
