SA Texas Handyman

General Contractor did not complete the work he was paid to complete for home renovation. About 53% of the project was completed and he has 95% of the money for the job. Project started in May and should have lasted at most 3 months. We are now at the end of September and have nothing but a mess at the home. I believe he owes us about $11,000. I also think he is running a ponzi scheme, where he never completes any job he signs up to do and then attempts to pay off the old "unhappy" customers with "new" suckers. We have not been returned any money. I have also asked for line item detail supporting his estimate of the unfinished work, but he has never supplied any information. I gave him a deadline to submit the information by Wednesday, September 26th at 5:00 pm. He never responded. He does not have a valid contractor license and is now probably working under a different company name.

Hired SA Handyman to do repairs and renovation after water leak in my home. At the end of 4 months nothing was completed that was started. Did not complete kitchen cabinets, bath cabinets, painting, carpeting and other finish work. Paid him for work that was not completed but decided it was in my best interest to fire him and hire another contractor to get the work completed.
