Additional items that may be covered include storage shed roofs, exterior paint, fences, windows, window screens, interior sheetrock repairs, interior paint, carpet cleaning or replacement, hardwood replacement or refinishing. Insurance companies will only pay to replace what you currently have and most roofing companies will only install what insurance companies pay for. We offer free upgrades. Depending on your roof free upgrades could include... 1. Upgraded shingles... If your roof currently has 20 year 3-tab shingle, we use 25 year shingles which is better quality and thicker than what you currently have... Or if your roof currently has 30 year shingle we use a Lifetime Architectural High Definition shingle. 2. Upgraded Pipe Flashing We would remove all old plastic rubber boots or galvanized jacks, and we replace with lead jacks or Bullet Jacks. They are both lifetime products. Bullet jacks are made of mostly silicone and carry a lifetime warranty. They are already painted and come in the most colors. They also come with a top cover to prevent debris and small critters from going down your vent... 3. Drip Edge We include a 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 in galvanized drip edge all along the perimeter which protects the shadow and facia boards from being rotten out due to rain dripping on them... 4. Roof Ventilation System (if your roof will allow) We remove all turbine circular vents, turtle vents, and air hawks (old technology) cover the openings and install Ridge Vents at all peaks from edge to edge, which is the newest and best ventilation system today. Your home will be better ventilated which will also improve energy costs... 5. Worried about rotten wood (decking) on your roof already? We got you covered... We will also replace up to 3 sheets of decking ($50 per additional sheet). 6. Need to replace your Sky Light? No problem, you buy it, we install it. 7. Are you a homeowner, invester, or realtor that is looking to sell and want the bare minimum that is allowed and still up to code? We can do that too...
