Builder Systems Group (BSG)

I've had two new homes built by two different home builders and both times the Cat 5 and Cat 6 was installed by BSG, all telecommunications and non electrical were installed by BSG. They do the least amount of work possible, poor coordination with onsite project manager, they swiss cheesed my latest house and they failed to do the work right and never followed up to resolve it. None of my connected pass data at the full rate of a Cat 6. I'll never use them again and I recommend you find another install, if you are building new, get a 3rd party if BSG is the builders choice.

Mr. Carlos Martinez did an exceptional job in figuring out the problem with my driveway camera. Mr. Martinez went above and beyond, by checking the internet system and the box to fix the connections that were causing the problem. He didn’t have to do this, he could have sent another crew out to deal with it. He was professional and explained everything that he was doing. A plus in my book, he was on time and called when he was 20-30 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. I’m very happy with BSG and the excellent service, exceptional employees and high standards they provide. P.S.:- It was 93 degrees outside when Mr. Martinez was working outside on my driveway camera. He worked tirelessly to complete the job. He got my gratitude and respect!!!
