We provide initial and clearance inspections along with certified professional reports. ASBESTOS: To protect the public from the health effects of asbestos exposure, building materials need to be sampled before the renovation or demolition of all structures and buildings. MOLD: A standard mold inspection involves a thorough visual observation & documentation of conditions that promote mold growth. We will take photos and thermal imaging, record atmospheric, moisture & humidity readings, and list out areas of preventative maintenance. If there are areas of concern, we recommend samples to determine the presence of mold. The main types of samples are air, surface & cavity samples. Approved samples are analyzed by a local laboratory to establish the types & quantities of mold spores present.
