TMM Appliance Repair

I had a great experience with TMM Appliance and recommend them. I will also use them again. I had a unique situation. Brandon replied to my chat request within 5 minutes of me submitting it. I needed a washer & dryer moved from my house to my rental property and once at the rental, installed. He bid the job at a rate way more reasonable than any other appliance or moving company. His credentials checked out--licensed and insured. He was professional and courteous and on time! In short, it was refreshing to work with a contractor who actually did what he said he would do! As an added bonus, he offered to hook-up the gas line for my new dryer (which Home Depot wouldn't do) and wasn't going to charge me. I paid him anyway because he was so courteous and professional, and I know it was costing him time and gas to drive back out to my house. He and his partner were clean, wore uniforms, respectful of my time, and so courteous. TMM Appliance really gets the concept of customer service.
