1. Open up ceiling and tie in to existing 5-light circuit. Install (3) additional spot lights (one at left-side corner and other two at right corner--same style as existing) and (2) focused down lights (over couch). 2. Replace existing dimmer switch with higher-capacity dimmer (to handle the additional load). 3. At dining area, add new lighting circuit above wall to right of kitchen entry. Install (2) recessed can lights (angled spot lightssame style as existing). Install dimmer. 4. At entry area near front door, tie in to existing 2-light circuit and add (2) more recessed can lights (same style) at angled wall closest to front door. 5. Provide drywall repair at affected areas. Re-texture to closely match existing texture. B. LIBRARY/ KITCHEN DINING AREA 1. Create new lighting circuit for library bookcase lighting (tie in to existing electrical and create new switch location). NOTE: If more than one switch location is desired, smart switch option is available. 2. Install (4) recessed can lights, with angled spot light trim. Install dimmer.

1. Install (2) junction boxes (at left and right side of garage door) for client-supplied motion-sensor lighting fixtures. Install fixtures. Utilize existing electrical in garage. Lighting to be non-switched. 2. Install transformer and low-voltage wiring to front of house, and install (4) LED "spot" fixtures. 3. Install (2) junction boxes for client-supplied* security lights on West side of house (one near the front-right side of the garage, and one near the back-rear side of the house). RE: LIGHTING and OTHER ELECTRICAL I.A. "MUST HAVE" ITEMS/ OUTSIDE ELECTRICAL 1. Install (2) junction boxes (at left and right side of garage door) for client-supplied motion-sensor lighting fixtures. Install fixtures. Utilize existing electrical in garage. Lighting to be non-switched. 2. Install transformer and low-voltage wiring to front of house, and install (4) LED "spot" fixtures. 3. At East side of house, tie in to Master Bedroom electrical and run conduit up wall to create junction box for (1) client-supplied* security light. I.B. OTHER "MUST HAVE" ITEMS 1. In HALLWAY BATHROOM, remove existing noisy exhaust fan. Install Panasonic ultra quiet fan and tie in to existing lighting/fan circuit. Tie in to existing roof venting. Some ceiling drywall repair. 2. At Main Breaker Box: a. Change (3) 20Amp single pole breakers to 15Amp. b. Replace (2) single-pole 40Amp breakers with (1) double-pole/single throw breaker. c. Replace temp dead front panel 3. At Master Bedroom, replace loose outlet box.
