We own 8 rental units in San Diego. John has worked on various problems we've had with these older buildings, doing small and large jobs for us. He's built and repaired fences, he's done electrical work, plumbing, patching and repairing dry wall, gas line repairs and general carpentry. John is honest and reasonably priced, he's skilled and very reliable, he's personable and works very hard to get the job done on time.
