If Its Broke, a licensed General Contractor, has been in San Diego for 17 years and is a veteran owned company. We specialize in the smaller jobs that the larger companies don't have time for. Paint a bedroom or the whole house, install a ceiling fan or new can lights, fix the hole in the kids bedroom wall that just magically appeared. We also do commercial business, we can be your on call maintenance service. If Its Broke also installs Skate Blockers on your handrails, benches, walls and stairs to prevent damage from skaters. If Its Broke charges $40 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum and a small trip charge. The state of California has licensed If It's Broke Building Maintenance, license #773106. If Its Broke is fully insured and bonded.
