Repeated sewer back ups point to problems in the line. The best way to provide the proper course of action is through a sewer line camera inspection. First we require that the line is cleared before we start the3 work. Then we send our foreman/estimator to your house with a sewer inspection camera that goes through a 3 or 4 inch sewer clean out. He reviews the sewer line with you, locates the position of the sewer pipe to see what is over the pipe (is it just dirt or is there a driveway, pool or your favorite tree right above it). He marks the location of any issues and provides you with a report, and estimate for the repairs. We are able to send you the images by email for your consideration and follow up. When you have recurring back-ups we recommend this service since it will help you figure out the next steps. Sometimes it is best to dig up the broken line, other times to reline it. We can go over all of the options after this inspection process.

This was a kitchen remodel with an island sink in a high rise. The challenge was that there was no access to the water and waste system from the middle of the room. We obtained permission from the unit owner below and exposed his ceiling to run the system. The scope of work changed but we kept the job on schedule by doing what was necessary even though it meant getting creative.

The owner of the Alcazar Apartments called in for what he thought was a simple water leak. The plumber found one leak and repaired it. He also looked at the wall behind the shower valve and found the wall and valve were both wet. He climbed under the building and found both hot and cold water pipes leaking. They had been leaking for some time because the water leak had eroded the dirt under the building away. We built a scaffold to reach the pipes. We re-roughed new water pipes along the building wall inside and under the building. We started cutting out the main line cast iron to get it out of the working area but then the client wanted us to install new drain lines. So we returned and removed the old drain from the santee down all the way to the crawlspace opening in ABS.

We were working with a general contractor. The kitchen was stripped down to the studs. We worked on the kitchen and laundry room. We ran the rough plumbing, which is the piping inside the walls, drain waste and vent and new water pipes. After the walls were finished we installed the plumbing fixtures including the cooktop, water treatment system, sink and faucet.

Mall renovations included the installation of some beautiful water feature fountains. The dramatic appearance was diminished due to the build up of water spots and the mall staff found the daily general maintenance a nightmare. We were brought in to solve the scale build up problem and to do so we had a custom reverse osmosis system made. We installed it in an underground vault eliminating this maintenance headache. We are committed to providing water treatment options to residential clients for higher quality water. With our drought we are also concerned about providing solutions by filtering water instead of softeners or Reverse Osmosis systems which waste water.

We were subcontractors on this prevailing wage job for the State of California Parks Service at the historic Cosmopolitan Hotel in Old Town State Park. We replaced nine high tank toilets to brand new Sunrise brand low flush high tank toilets as specified by the Department of Parks. We did the work when rooms were vacant at the hectic beginning of the busy tourist season.
