It all started with an estimate that we wanted to get for our dining room area. We needed to remove the wall in order to get a move open feeling space that included a paint too. Elmar was able to give us a great quote for that and while he was at our house, he also suggested to replace the floor and to install a wider door that will give access to the back yard. The price for that was pretty good and we accepted it as well. While Elmar and his people worked on that, we got the feeling that it will be the best to have a new floor that will be light color and rich. Elmar was able to beat the older offer that we had and he was able to do a great work on that too. Overall it was a good experience to have Elmar do this job. The end results came out good and we did a great decision by hiring him for this project.

We hired Tibi Home Design to remodel our kitchen and living room areas at our house. After we met and interviewed several other construction companies, we met with Tal. Tal was very skilled and with full imagination when it comes to remodeling and ideas. His desire and obligation to bring to live our dream remodeling was the main connection that caused us to hire him and to allow him to remodel our house. Our floor plan was rough and complicated but Tal was able to provide us his perfect layout and design including tips and ideas to fill in the empty spots in the kitchen and living room space. The working crew were professional as well, on time and hardworking while we were still living in the house during the work. Their extra attention to details ended in a high quality and perfect finish. The remodeled kitchen is now the centerpiece of our home.

We would like to thank to Dustin about the nice remodeling project that he did at our house. His experience and professionalism in related to construction was very good. His work included a full remodeling of the kitchen and the master bathroom. During his work with us, he made sure to know that we are happy with the progress and that he did all he could to please us. During the work, there were some changes that Dustin did for us and at no additional cost. His design for the bathroom and kitchen was very nice and well made. Since our kitchen was completed, we were able to recommend him already to 2 of our friends. The kitchen included: paint, cabinets, Small Island, counter tops, new lights and floor. The bathroom included a shower, bath tub, paint vanity and floor. All his work included all the relevant documents and permits so we had a hassle free on that part too.

After questioning several construction companies to repair and renew our kitchen we were very impressed with Tibi Home Design and are glad we hired them. Before retaining Tibi Home Design, we questioned and appraised estimates that we received from other possible contractors. Most of them weren’t able to work around our ideas and visions for the kitchen design. There was something lacking in His presentation or they didn’t represent His companies or themselves as professionals who were willing to hear us. Most of the plans were designed on kitchen remodeling prototypes containing cabinets mounted in a straight line. They didn't grasp the concept of our kitchen and the end result we were trying to achieve. Louigi changed all that. He presented himself as professional, honest, dedicated to provide us with an excellence product. His work just proved to be very reliable by doing so. Louigi was always willing to listen, take his time to really understand our ideas and to help us come up with the right plan for our dream kitchen. It was obvious that his professional history and experience gave him the ability to imagine our own ‘vision’. He had the ability to start with the end product in mind. The original contract was well prepared, well offered, fully clarified and easy to understand. His demonstrations were professional and each stage of the remodeling project was exactly as described. His performance to meet that end was evident in the working relationship that he had with his subcontractors. All the subcontractors that were working with Tibi Home Design Construction in our remodeling, were outstanding, professional and open-minded for every step of the way. We easily came to trust on the Tibi Home Design’s capabilities. Any question or concern that surfaced, Louigi was able to take care of it immediately. If a change was required, we reviewed the amendment before signing the updated proposal. All these acts took place prior to starting any part of work. Louigi was a huge asset to us. He was compassionate about our condition. He was always on time, showed up when he said he would. He called when he said he would. Louigi was working hand by hand with all the subcontractors. And seriously involved with each day’s work and he always was on top of the daily construction needs or necessities. Louigi was the kind of person who was welcomed into our home. He was forward-looking at all times. He was creative, trustworthy, very qualified and true to his word. Once we started working with him, we knew that we had hired the right company/person. He did everything he said he was going to do. He didn’t cut any corner. We would trust Tibi Home Design with any project and without reservation, recommend the company to anyone.
