Basic Construction Services, Brian, was hired by the HOA complex not Henry F. Henry didn't follow the instructions from the HOA. The damage exceeded expectations / budget and needed HOA to investigate. Brian did successfully complete the rest of the work in our HOA complex. We appreciate Brian's professionalism in working with the HOA and highly recommend him to others

Brian Heggen of Basic construction services is the WORST contractor you could have. He has no plan going into a project, and don't communicate with you and irresponsible when you have problems. He was supposed to fix my siding, stucco. After initially opening up my wall and stucco, you don't hear from him, when debris fall off, I texted him and he doesn't respond. You ask him what his plan next, he doesn't tell you, no response, no email. Then he gets upset about why you contact him. The wall was left open for over 4 weeks and when he finally came back, he is upset, and yelled at me in my house. You don't want to hire someone like this. It's a nightmare.
