A site visits and consulting with the General Contractor and Homeowner has started and will be ongoing from beginning until the end. a Los Gatos home so far I only have before pictures as the project is still under negotiations. Materials used Paver Stones, Artificial grass, irrigation system, drip system, sewage lines, 6thlighting, bedding gravel and sand. Materials cost $100,000.   | Dry Creek/ Character & Religious Theme Combination | Feb 2020 | This was an entire full landscape Project in the East Bay Area. The customer was a referral from a previous customer. As I now regularly do Construction & Landscape projects for this customer, they have not only been one of my best ongoing regular customer but now a friend to myself and my company. The project: The customer was at a loss of what to do. At first he just wanted a regular clean out of both his Front and Back yards. This included Tree, Shrub and Bamboo Removal. Then accumulated unwanted items left on his front and back patio area. As I began the process of restoration the customer came out to see the progress and started asking about what he could do to beautify his property. I gave him some ideas and mentioned several types of landscape concepts and carpentry projects. From there the project took off starting with the Dry Creek / Draught Tolerant Garden in the front yard. The customer had several concrete statues that he had saved through the years and wanted me to add it to the theme. | Residential SOD installation (New Rolled Lawn Grass) | Oct 2015 | This a Front & Backyard new Lawn Sod (rolled lawn grass) replacement. The exsisting lawn had heavy weed & native plant growth. The homeowner tried to treat the lawn with herbicide to try to remove the unwanted weeds resulting in large patches of exposed dirt in the lawn. I used a used a very hardy Sod purchased from a farmer in the Central Valley I worked with for many years.
