This contractor has a history of taking deposits and not starting the work! Run!!! There are too many honest contractors in the Bay Area that do good work to be defrauded by an individual like this!! I have a bank copy of a check that he cashed to start a railing project for a client and he disappeared with the clients existing rails and the money never to be seen again. I would not recommend this individual under any circumstances!!
