Kitchen renovation. Remove and dispose of all tile backsplash, kitchen countertops, sink, oven dishwasher (oven and dishwasher to be placed in front area for removal by Home Depot), and portion of cabinet. Remove sink faucet and set aside for re installation. Modify cabinet to accommodate new stand alone oven. New opening to be 30 inches wide. Touch up paint any applicable areas. Cut and install 5/8 plywood countertop underlayment. Install stone countertops including six inch backsplash with additional portion behind oven. Install undermount single bowl stainless steel sink, reinstall faucet and soap dispenser. Plumb accordingly. Replace garbage disposal if needed. Caulk all applicable areas. Replace overhead oven exhaust unit . Vent unit to exterior - install new duct through ceiling, patch texture and paint access areas. Replace kitchen ceiling light. Replace under cabinet lighting to extend for the length of cabinetry. Replace outlet with GFCI outlet. Install oven and wire accordingly. Install dishwasher, plumb and wire accordingly. Dispose of all abated materials. Procure all materials not supplied by others.

"Miscellaneous repairs. Install tile backsplash for kitchen countertop, height to connect to bottom of cabinets. Grout. Seal. Remedy leak in kitchen sink area. Install spring hinges for kitchen to garage door. Install new baseboard in kitchen, living room, and entryway. Caulk baseboard. Install wood bracing for hot water heater. Patch and paint hinge pockets and door striker pocket for kitchen to entryway door opening. Replace doorbell chime. Re screen patio sliding door. Replace both bathroom vanity lights. Replace both bathroom toilets with elongated bowls. Replace 3 towel bars. Remove medicine cabinet from hall bath, patch opening and install new mirror. Replace vanity top in master bathroom with stone or like material. Replace sink faucets / drains in both bathrooms. Replace lights for entryway and hallway. Reattach thermostat to wall. Install door stops throughout home. Replace any defective outlet or switch plates. Install new attic access cover. Replace furnace filter and clean grate. Install new closet doors for guest bedroom. Procure all previously mentioned materials, with exception to lights. Tile for kitchen counter backsplash to be purchased by Ric and delivered by Dean unless other preference is requested. Dispose of old materials. All mentioned items from here forward are in addition to original work order. Move all furniture to garage, store miscellaneous items throughout house in boxes and move to garage. Renovate guest bathroom - demo and dispose of vanity cabinet, countertop, sink, linen cabinet and floor vinyl. Relocate junction box for light, relocate and replace outlet with GFCI outlet, remove portion of sheet rock behind toilet for inspection, patch hole after inspection and patch areas for relocated electrical work, prep and patch floor for floor vinyl, install floor vinyl and vinyl base cove, install vanity cabinet, granite countertop, backsplash and side splash, remedy bow in wall by shaving face of sheet rock to accommodate countertop backsplash installation, install new supply lines and drain line to facilitate new sink location, install mirror, install window trim, install new shower head. Patch and prep master bathroom floor, patch wall area to accommodate new vanity top, install floor vinyl and vinyl base cove. Adjust 3 doors by sanding or recessing hinges etc. to facilitate smooth operation, remove baseboard for corner bedroom and closet, remove and dispose of carpet and tack strip for same area, re install baseboard, dispose of miscellaneous trash in backyard and side of house gated area including heavy stone slab. Install kitchen light at future time."
