Shane with United Termite was the worst!!! We had him come out to open up a wall that had rat infestation. He was to open up the wall, remove all the soiled insulation and clean and sanitize the area, replace with new insulation and then seal back up, drywall and repaint. What we got was NO insulation replaced, but charged $300 for it, a lousy job repainting and sanitizing and the area is still smelling. So, we are now paying another company to come out, reopen that same wall, replace with insulation and fully re sanitize again, not to mention, repainting. Do not know what happened but all I know is we did not get what we paid for! We were instructed not to pay for this shoddy job until after we received the redo quote and meanwhile Shane had the audacity to text our prop mgr. saying he was going to take us to court and put a lien on the house for not paying!!! Please do yourself a huge favor and stay clear away from this business and Shane. That is NOT how you treat customers and also charge for items you did not replace. So very disappointed in this company and because of this we are now having to pay again for someone else to do this job correctly!!! You have been warned! AVOID!
