Palm construction

Palm construction with a fellow named DEAN- as project manager- did a partial retrofit of our basement at 371 fairfax avenue in San Mateo-94402! The retrofit did not envolve attaching the house to the foundation, but merely shoring up the foundation -by drilling holes through the foundation & attaching 4 plates! In addition they replaced about 6 feet of 2 by 4’s that were supports between the foundation & the floor joists! I also had the furnace ducts wrapped in insulation! They worked for approximately 4 days & charged me 30,000 dollars! My complaint is that the insulation kept coming apart & I had them come out & 3 times to retake the insulation- none of which was satisfactory! Finally, I told them not to return , although, they asked to try again & I told them - no- I’ve had enough! I think the work was poorly done & I feel like I was very much overcharged for the work performed.
